CS supports packaging designers and brand teams that need custom zinc-alloy components developed around real mating parts, cosmetic surfaces and assembly stacks.
Accepted starting points include AI, PDF, EPS, JPG, drawings, physical samples or a hand sketch with dimensions. Design review covers draft, wall thickness, parting lines, polishing and plating access.
Tooling, samples and unit production are quoted separately. New tooling normally takes 25–40 days. Sampling is typically 10–14 business days.
The approved drawing revision, physical sample and finish reference form the production baseline for reorders.
