CS develops custom metal caps and collars for reed diffuser brands. Each project starts with bottle-neck dimensions, closure or insert reference, reed opening, assembly method and finish requirement.
A metal cap should not be assumed to provide the liquid seal. Provide the plug, liner, insert or threaded closure details so seal responsibility is defined before tooling.
Sampling confirms appearance and assembly on representative bottles. The approved sample, neck reference and drawing revision become the reorder baseline.
